Introduction: Business Maps Australia (or BMA) regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all BMA users, and conforms to Internet Privacy Standards. If you have questions about this policy statement, you should first contact BMA on 0455 296 533.
Collection of Information. In order to use the BMA website, we may require information.from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including emails. Any information collected by BMA is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via telephone, email, mail, fax, or directly through our website.
Use of Collection Information.
Any details collected from BMA customers is required in order to provide you with our products and /or services, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

Customer Service Policy. Business Maps Australia is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all standard items listed on our website are in stock or easily available from our printing suppliers. Product pricing is true and correct as from suppliers, and regularly updated. Standard delivery time frames are between 3 - 10 business days, depending on destination. Where we cannot supply a product, we will contact you within 48 hours to offer an alternative product, or full money back refund.
Customized Products. Business Maps Australia can produce a wide range of specialized, client specific mapping products, for both national and international useage. We utilize quality base products, databases, and cartographers of high quality. In each inquiry we receive, the final costs of product and shipping are provided to the client in quote form, inclusive of GST, prior to commencement of the production. Upon email (written) verification of client order, production commences, and a relevant Tax Invoice for the product is sent to client. Client receives notification on completion of work, and full payment is received prior to shipping. We guarantee to offer each client every assistance to achieve an acceptable, cost effective mapping solution, and in any case where this cannot be achieved, we will notify of such, and if possible refer our client to a third party for further assistance.
Pricing Policy.
All products listed on Business Maps Australia website are set with prices in Australian dollars (AUD), and all transactions are processed in Australian dollars. Each product price displayed and listed is exclusive of GST ( Goods and Services Tax). All prices are regularly updated (current as of 30 April, 2014) when price changes are received from suppliers.
The relevant G.S.T and freight costs are added to the order at the final checkout point. Clients are welcome to contact Business Maps Australia by phone or email if cost quotes are required before purchase. Business Maps Australia ships goods Australia wide and internationally. Please contact us for exact costs to ship outside Australia. Shipping costs within Australia are influenced by the size and weight of the product, and it's final destination. Exact shipping costs are calculated using a simple category formula:-

BMA uses the EWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Physical goods. After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from EWAY containing your order details ( if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Business Maps Australia ships goods Australia wide and internationally. Please contact us for exact costs to ship outside Australia. Shipping costs within Australia are influenced by the size and weight of the product, and it's final destination. Exact shipping costs are calculated using a simple category formula:

We will usually process and ship your order within 1-3 working days, and will email you within 48 hours if for any reason this is not possible. Business Maps Australia will ship most goods in Australia via Australia Post, and shipping time is usually within four (4) to six (6) working days, and all parcels are sent Registered Post for tracking purposes. Digital Delivery
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from EWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your software / license / access code via Australia Post within Four (4) working days. Refund and Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our purchase we will give you a Seven (7) day money back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at info@businessmaps.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with our purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and amp; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. BMA will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
